Urban Harvest Festival – Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th September

This event aims to deepen understanding and appreciation of farming and to diminish the urban/rural divide of communities. Amidst the bustling city, attendees will be immersed in a tapestry of agricultural traditions such as sheep-shearing, sheep-dog trials and cattle displays. Traditional craftsmanship will be showcased with wood turning and wool spinning. While butter-making and butchery demonstrations will reveal the age-old skills behind farm-to-table cuisine.
