Central to this ambition is the legacy of the Overend family, whose pioneering use of food as a means of learning, philanthropy, connection, and activism continues to shape our purpose. Our recent paper, "Food as Learning at Airfield Estate - Living the Legacy," dives into this legacy of food as learning and how we’re transforming their historic gift into a modern hub for food education and sustainability.
