Calling All Young Chefs! Join Our Hands-On Cooking Workshops!
Our hands-on cooking series is specially designed for budding chefs aged 8-12 years, eager to embark on a culinary adventure!
Join us in our Neff Inspiration Kitchen, overlooking our bountiful food garden, as we dive into the world of sustainable, seasonal cooking. Led by our experienced education team, each workshop will be a delightful journey of discovery, where young chefs will learn to create wholesome meals for the whole family, using ingredients sourced from our own organic garden whenever possible.
Hosted on Sundays from 10 am to 12:30 pm, these workshops cover sweet, savoury, and everything in between. Our Young Chef Workshops promise to cultivate a love for cooking and a deeper connection to real, fresh ingredients.

🥟 Kick off 2025 and the Chinese New Year with us by making veggie Chinese dumplings from scratch, and for dessert, enjoy some sweet, fruity flapjacks. Join us for a delicious start to the new year! 🎉

🍅 This February, join us as we make gnocchi from scratch, paired with a fresh tomato sauce and kale from our organic garden. For dessert, enjoy delightful cinnamon spice palmiers

🧀 On the menu this March is a delicious cheesy broccoli and cauliflower pasta bake, followed by scrumptious, chocolatey brownies made with eggs fresh from our farm chickens.
20th April
🐣 This Easter, let’s celebrate by making a delicious veggie quiche with fresh eggs from our farm chickens and spinach from our organic garden. For dessert, we’ll enjoy delightful Easter mini egg cookie bars.
18th May
🌿 Get ready to whip up tasty spinach, kale, and sweet potato dhal with fresh greens straight from our garden! Plus, we’re baking delightful iced fairy cakes adorned with edible flowers from our food garden. 🧁✨ Join the delicious fun! 🎉

This June, join us for a delicious adventure with our garden-fresh seasonal rhubarb crumble! Plus, we’ll whip up a mouthwatering vegetable chow mein using the finest seasonal veggies from our garden. 🌿🍜

Our young chefs will be getting their hands messy by making homemade pizzas with a variety of toppings from the garden! For dessert, we’ll savour a dreamy Basque cheesecake delight! 🍰✨
24th August
🌿 This month, our young chefs will be crafting a delicious broccoli and cheese pesto pasta with fresh, seasonal veggies from our garden, followed by a delightful summer fruit tart made with garden-fresh fruits. 🍝🍓
21st September
🍂 This month, our young chefs will whip up a delightful vegetable korma and flatbread, followed by a delicious autumn fruity tray bake. Join the tasty adventure and savour the flavours of the season! 🌟🍴
19th October
🎃In chef this month we will create spiced pumpkin and cinnamon cupcakes, along with savory butternut squash and cherry tomato crumble. Join in for some seasonal fun and deliciousness! 🍂🧁
23th November
🍁 As the November chill sets in, our young chefs will warm things up by crafting a scrumptious vegetable lasagna and baking irresistible red velvet cupcakes using fresh eggs from our farm chickens. Join us for a taste of farm-fresh goodness and some cosy culinary fun! 🍰🍂
14th December
🎄 This December, let’s get into the festive spirit with our young chefs making tasty brie and cranberry twists, followed by creative gingerbread cookies they can design to their heart’s content. Join us for a jolly good time and delicious treats! 🍪✨ – Maybe alter the twists a bit as that’s what’s on offer this year, I like the concept though so just a slight tweak to vary it.
