Baking Workshop: Bread Masterclass

Want to master the art of bread making?
Join our team, led by Chef Lisa for one of our 4-hour masterclasses working with bread. In this four-hour session, you’ll cover the step-by-step process of different bread techniques and various recipes.
Each session will be followed by a seasonal soup lunch using ingredients from Airfield Estate’s Farm and Gardens.
Saturday, 15th March
Come together for a four-hour baking bonanza to create flavourful babka, irresistible petits pains, and a perfect everyday seeded bread loaf.
Followed by a warming seasonal lunch, looking out onto Airfield’s food gardens with the Dublin mountains as a bountiful backdrop!

During this four-hour session, we’ll cover the step-by-step process for making fluffy, TBC
Your ticket for this event also includes a light lunch of seasonal soup using ingredients from Airfield Estate’s farm and gardens.
