Awaken & Renew Workshop

Join us for a morning of Awakening & Renewal as we lead you through the best practices to let go of what no longer serves you, connect back to your body and start to understand how you can create your dream reality. You will get to enjoy a range of different styles of movement, meditation and breath-work, while also being prompted to write out your thoughts with your personalised journal. This workshop will take place in the stunning Marquee on the tranquil grounds of Airfield Estate, and if we get lucky with some sunshine, we may even take some classes outside in the gardens.
