Introducing an exciting pop-up course in the Neff Inspiration Kitchen, at Airfield Estate!

For this Thursday evening session, we’ll cover the long-practised fermentation skills. These skills can help elevate a dish to wow your guests and tantalise the tastebuds while saving on food waste!!

Fermentation has been used as preservation through many different methods since before we had mod cons such as fridges, let’s get together and get back to basics!

Thursday, March 13th 

We’ll run a hands-on workshop which will explain the benefits of fermented foods and cover the difference between vinegar and salt fermentation. It is hands-on and you will take home a few jars of pickles. All jars are included in the price!
