Christmas Experience FAQ's
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets will go on general sale on 30th August 2024 at 10 am.
Annual Pass Holders will get pre-sale access to tickets from 28th August 2024 at 10 am.
How long will the Christmas Experience last?
Each of the 3 experiences will have a different duration.
- Shared Magical Moments with Santa: A Toddler Experience will be approximately 50 minutes.
- Santa’s Cosy Lodge Visit will be up to 75 minutes.
- Santa’s Woodland Experience will be up to 90 minutes.
Who needs tickets for the Christmas Experience?
All people in your group including babies will need a ticket to visit the Christmas Experience at Airfield Estate.
Is the experience outdoors?
- Shared Magical Moments with Santa: A Toddler Experience will be indoors at Airfield House with a short walk outside from the ticket desk to the house.
- Part of Santa’s Cosy Lodge Visit experience will be outdoors, so don’t forget to dress appropriately.
- Part of Santa’s Woodland Experience will take part outside. The ground in the woodlands is muddy during winter so please remember to wear appropriate footwear and warm layers.
